Jag strävar efter att ha en internationell utgångspunkt i all min forskning och intresserar mig särskilt för harmoniseringsprocesser och territoriella frågor.

Current projects

Doktorandprojeket Patent Infringement in a European Context. En komparativ studie över patentintrång i Sverige, Storbritannien och Tyskland. Avhandlingen har till syfte att studera harmoniseringsprocesserna av patenträtten i Europa och omfattningen av patentinnehavarens rättigheter.

The doctoral research project Patent Infringement in a European Context. A legal comparative study of patent infringement in Sweden, UK and Germany. The dissertation has the aim to study the level of harmonization of European patent law and the scope of the rules on patent infringement.

Undervisar på kurserna Europarätt 7,5 hp, Civilrätt B 7,5 hp, Avancerad immaterialrätt 15 hp, Cyber Law 15 hp, examensarbete 30 hp och Master Program in European Intellectual Property Law.

Teach in the following courses, European law, Civil Law B, Advanced Intellectual Property Law, Cyber law, thesis supervisor and the Master Program in European Intellectual Property Law.
