The doctoral research project Patent Infringement in a European Context. A legal comparative study of patent infringement in Sweden, UK and Germany. The dissertation has the aim to study the level of harmonization of European patent law and the scope of the rules on patent infringement.

The research project concerns the principle of proportionality in intellectual property sanctions.
